How to use CEX MLS

CEX MLS is a bidder friendly process which allows you to bid on the asset of your choice whenever you want. Assets are offered on a first come, first served basis and the respective seller will do their best to either accept or counter your bid within 48 hours.

To the left of this box is a listing of individual sellers who are offering multiple assets or a general marketplace which is many sellers offering loan and REO assets for sale.We invite you to bid on as many assets as you can afford and feel free to contact a CEX rep if you have any questions or comments at any time.
