CEX Listing Exchange Seller Process
Here's how the CEX Open Listing Exchange works for sellers:
- You will send us a data tape of assets you wish to sell and we will give you an indicative evaluation.
- If we agree on the price, then you will execute a listing agreement with Carlton to list your loans and REOs on the CEX Listing Exchange.
- Your asset information will be processed into a listing that we will send back to you that you can easily view and edit.
- Once you approve the posting, the generic descriptions will be listed on CEX Open Exchange.
- Our constantly-growing 100,000 person database of "in the market" loan and REO investors will be notified of the listing with Carlton's proprietary matching technology pairing the right investors with the right assets.
- CEX professionals will access and target investors "off line" to generate maximum exposure and pricing.
- Once a bidder has registered, signed a confidentiality agreement, and been approved, they will be given access to a secure password-protected due diligence portal. You will be notified who the investor(s) are prior to such info being released.
- Aside from a modest listing fee, you will only pay us a commission if the asset(s) get sold.
